    Terry, thank you for all your insight. I have a small business and have managed to survive for 10 years. I am proud to say I have grown every year and still after this year we are still here. Your tips and hints have given me several different ways to approch the market in hard times. I hope I have been able to help other small companies by keeping their hard earned customers from going somewhere else, “we specialize in Customer Retention.”

    You have helped me change the language I have been using to explain how to look at their marketing dollars and where the most important market may be for them.
