Important: You need to have the latest version of Macromedia Flash, version 8. Go to www.macromedia.com and get that free software (only takes a few moments to install) and then you'll be able to see not only these videos but thousands of others around the Internet. Or click on this link to get there faster: http://tinyurl.com/8kp4b . This is really important if you're using a Mac. I've had lots of people who use Macs that tried to watch the video and it didn't work until they downloaded the latest version of Flash. This is version 8, so make sure you have it. It will open up a world of possibilities for you!

Why can't companies work harder to help their customers by adapting standard procedures? Here I am at a hotel, needing to get work done, needing to even catch a quick nap. The hotel took 3 hours to open a room. Somehow I think they could have cleaned one room in that time. Gary Hamel suggested that hotels allow for a 24 hour period. Whenever you arrive, they have a room and you can purchase a 24 hour block. This would be easier for them and more convenient for customers.

Think about how you can go "outside the box" to help your customers. This will be easier for them and help you on your bottom line.

At any rate, I had a pleasant time joking with the people there, laughing and having fun as I waited. They eventually got me into a room and I met with my clients. Fun time for all! Key lesson learned---roll with the punches and enjoy life as we go!
