The world is looking to the East. Shanghai, China is one of the best examples of what is happening with energy, excitement and opportunities in today's world. It is actually a funny thing to observe. Here is a communist country. Yet, it is one of the most capitalistic countries in the world.

And it is very advanced technologically. I was very impressed with the technology that it has. An an American who works with technology extensively, I have to say I'm very impressed with the technologies there.

Even more, as a Marketing Coach, I am impressed with the strong determination and hunger (in the Les Brown sense of the word, "Hungry!") that the Chinese I met demonstrated. They could teach us Americans a lot about the importance of persistence and never giving up.

Enjoy this video as you see the streets of Shanghai and what is happening there. Also, enjoy the interview I did with Hiroyuki Umeda of Noritz. Noritz is a Japanese manufacturer of plumbing equipment. They have an advanced water heater that saves huge amounts of engery and is environmentally more sound than older "always heated" systems. See the demo of some of their equipment as they show me what it can do. Impressive.

Make plans to be in Shanghai in some way for your business. Be aware of what is happening there and get ready to see the "Century of China" emerge stronger all the time.
