It is a highly-customized, individualized (hence the name) program of helping you, coaching you, to acheive your own unique goals While my Online Coaching Program is largely online (hence the name on that one too!), this individual program is designed for a short time to be laser-beam-focused on your needs. How do my clients use this service? For some, it is a way for them to get those audio files recorded. I come into their office or interview them over the phone and get highly specific individual audio recorded. Other times you need someone to review a new brochure for marketing purposes. I create a customized video where it is like I'm sitting right next to you talking about your specific issues! This works whether you and I are literally sitting next to each other or if you're on another continent (often the case in many situations). I have a lot of clients who live outside the United States and need assistance. I use technology like Camtasia to create customized training and evaluation procedures for them. They can then review those customized videos at will. This is a service that is hard to find anywhere and is customized to your individual needs! Some have also asked for hourly assistance. Sometimes you want only one specific task or skillset to be accomplished and you don't need the full year we have with the regular Individual Coaching Program. Now you can work on a specific task or problem for 1 month or even by the hour. The rate is US$2,997 per month for as long or as often as you'd like. Terry Some of my clients have specifically requested that I record our scheduled telephone conferences and make the MP3 audio of that phone call available. It can be placed in a password-protected area on the Net, so that only you know where it is and how to access it. This allows you time to listen again and again to conversations which we have had over the course of our time together. Most clients use this Individual Coaching Program for marketing, website review and more. They want specfic answers and need more than a one-shot review of their needs. Once you're enrolled in the program, you will have a steady stream of information coming to you for reading, studying and learning. In addition to that you'll have regularly-scheduled times to interact with me on a confidential basis. In addition to that you'll have access to me when those "special" questions and times arise. Recently one of my clients in the Individual Coaching Program was involved in a major speech. I worked with him to develop not only the "how to" of speaking, using PowerPoint, connecting with the audience, etc., but also the more important marketing aspects. We talked about ways to generate more connection with people after the seminar. This type of approach generates lots of on-going business. Needless to say, one carefully done and well-marketed presentation can more than pay for your investment in this program. Another client needed some audio recorded and I was there to assist. Not only did I help with the actual recording and posting to the website, but I pulled from my background of radio and audio (since 1973) and gave advice on how to tweak and make the audio recordings very professional and natural sounding. Yet another client needed some assistance in producing her video. We worked together and I produced some professional videos for her to put on her website and for her own clients. The Online Coaching Program will keep you informed as changes happen, help with that necessary motivation and let you continue to expand, learn and grow. I am notorious about adding more on that three-month time. Often we go over it at no extra charge to the client. I'm more concerned about accomplishing your goals and being there to assist you. Your investment in yourself is US$6,997 for the year and that includes the first three months of high-intensity coaching and problem solving. Normally we accomplish our objectives within the three month time frame. Remember the monthly version is now available for US$2,997 to focus on you getting the solutions you need. This Individual Coaching Program is flexible and recognizes that in the real world things come up and the program needs to be extended, I can do that for you. Sometimes a family emergency requires a "suspension" of the time. Other times, unexpected events occur that require us to "freeze" the time and begin later at a more convenient time. Remember, flexibility is a key factor for you on the Individual Coaching Program. Some clients choose to renew for another period to get another set of goals accomplished. Either way, it is up to you. This Individual Coaching Program is designed for serious, willing-to-work people that want to achieve their goals badly enough to find the time, money and effort to make it work. You have to commit to this--- as I will to you---to make your achievement goals become reality. If the $6,997 is more of a commitment than you can make right now, I understand completely.
