This is amazing. First, see what world-class customer service is about on Singapore Airlines, then see some scenes from the most advanced city in the world--Dubai in the United Arab Emirates.

Singapore Airlines Does It Right! Watch this video and you'll see some of the reasons why. Then contrast that with Lufthansa (below).

Scenes from my departure from Dubai Airport and why you don't want to fly 1st Class on Lufthansa. Big waste of money! My experience with Lufthansa was dismal. I wouldn't mind dismal service but when we pay full fare to go first class and receive dismal performance, it is sadly disappointing. Note to Self: Avoid Lufthansa Airlines in the future!
