I have a lot of reservation about how it can decipher the information and put it in the right fields. I have a lot of business cards from overseas, and they are of all fonts, and styles. But I was pleasantly surprised by CARDSCAN abilility to process the information and put it in the right fields. We may have to tweak here and there, but it is much better than typing in everything yourself. I highly recommend it.

Yes, snail mail is vastly under utilized. The personal touch can be best felt through a simple handwritten letter and envelope. Using a personal wax seal can really make you stand-out from the crowd.

Like you, whenever I see of read something that makes me think of someone I know, I strive to capture the moment and send them a note.

Excellent point Terry, systems help keep our complex world organized! I always enjoy your analogies. My bucket is pretty full and it's because of your coaching program!!
Inbound marketing with video has done extremely well!!

Terry, I agree fully about the impact of postcards. Really, your comments in the video have prodded me to become more systematic with this great relationship marketing tool. Sending 5 a day would only take a few minutes, yet could bring vast returns in good will--which of course is an important precedent to doing business with individuals and organizations.

Hey, just to demonstrate my commitment to a 5 per day plan. . .I'll start by sending YOU a postcard soon.

Of course, we all have to keep in mind that postage rates will change on May 11, so we'll need to buy new stamps then.

As always, thanks for your creative ideas.
